Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how MediaBloom collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, and services. We designed it to be clear and specific - not a wall of lawyerese.

1. Introduction

MediaBloom, Inc. ("MediaBloom," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our websites, use our products, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, work email, company, phone number, billing details, and any content you submit), information collected automatically (such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interaction events), and information from third parties (such as authentication providers, enrichment services, and publicly available sources).

When you use AI features, we process the inputs and outputs generated through your use of the Services. Customer content is treated as confidential and used only as described in this policy and your agreement with us.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to communicate with you about your account, support, billing, and product updates; to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; to comply with legal obligations; and for other purposes disclosed at the point of collection.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train foundation models.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers and subprocessors who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support). We may disclose information to comply with legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of MediaBloom, our users, or others.

If MediaBloom is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. International Data Transfers

MediaBloom operates globally. Personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than the country in which it was collected, including the United States. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect cross-border transfers.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed. Customer content is retained in accordance with your workspace settings and contract.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and continuous monitoring. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II audited, and regulated workloads are supported under HIPAA and GDPR frameworks.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can exercise these rights by emailing info@mediabloom.us. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze usage, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser and, where applicable, through our cookie preferences tool.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
