When you use AI features, we process the inputs and outputs generated through your use of the Services. Customer content is treated as confidential and used only as described in this policy and your agreement with us.

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to communicate with you about your account, support, billing, and product updates; to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; to comply with legal obligations; and for other purposes disclosed at the point of collection.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train foundation models.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request), legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Services), consent (where required, such as for certain cookies and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

We share information with service providers and subprocessors who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support). Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II audited, and regulated workloads are supported under HIPAA and GDPR frameworks.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
