This outlines how MediaBloom partnered with Sky Consulting INC, a recruiting company, to remove the bottleneck of manually screening every inbound applicant.
Our goal was to build an AI recruiter that could analyze any job description, dynamically generate a tailored interview, run the first-round interview with every applicant, and rank them on a clear 1-100 scale.
The system now filters out unqualified applicants automatically and pushes only vetted, high-scoring candidates through to the human recruiting team.
