Our goal was to replace manual phone screenings and paperwork chasing with an end-to-end AI system that qualifies prospects, delivers retainer agreements, and captures signatures without human involvement.
The AI now conducts a full 40-question intake, routes qualified prospects into a retainer agreement flow, and finalizes signed contracts — turning raw inquiries into committed clients on autopilot.
